I tried the peppermint herbal tea for the first time back in the fall, while on my annual recharge in Estes (I visit every single year for weeks at a time & swear each year I’m never coming back to the plains!). I highly recommend the peppermint tea, especially if you’re like me (autoimmune diseases; Hashimoto’s, PCOS, Endometriosis, etc) as it helps with inflammation & bloating. Not to mention, my sinuses have been much clearer this season. I believe in part because of the positive benefits that the peppermint tea has had for me. Branch out in the new year, and give tea a try! It’s perfect to enjoy hot OR cold, any season.
